Spur was engaged as lead agency to concept and deliver a large-scale, in-person event for over 2,000 Spark staff, marking the launch of their new five-year strategy alongside a refreshed brand. Spark wanted an experience that would reconnect their people, reignite energy, and rebuild momentum across the organisation.

We designed an event that brought strategy to life through a carefully curated mix of clear storytelling, interactive moments, and shared celebration. Multiple engagement touchpoints — including professional photos, giveaways and interactive icebreakers kept the energy high while helping staff understand the strategy, what it meant for the business, and the role each person plays in delivering it.

The event concluded with a private performance by Synthony, leaving staff inspired, aligned, and energised. The result was an informative yet fun experience that sparked conversation well beyond the day itself and reinforced confidence in Spark’s direction and future.
