When NZ Post launched their new brand identity, Spur was asked to create an engagement platform for the important High Value Customer segment.
Our big idea focused on what NZ Post does best; delivering a brand experience, inside a beautiful and sustainable parcel. The bespoke box featured multiple layers. The first contained custom graphics and messaging, specific to that customer’s journey with NZ Post. The second revealed a video link to a special message from the CEO. The final layer contained a range of gifts, displaying the new identity.
