When the country was forced into a Covid induced lockdown, New Zealand Post experienced an unprecedented surge in deliveries. To build trust during this disruptive period the company wanted to keep customers informed and updated on some of the challenges they were facing, and the processes they were implementing to deal with the huge spike in demand.
Spur worked with the marketing team at New Zealand Post to produce, promote and deliver several informative, interactive webinars. They featured a combination of live and pre-recorded content, dynamic Q&A, onscreen graphics and integrated slide content.
Due to restrictions around physical distancing, the entire production was delivered remotely.
Customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive and Spur is now working with NZ Post to deliver an extended content series.
